¿Por qué debería ser parte de tu recorrido?

The Rosedal de Buenos Aires is a beautiful garden inside the Tres de Febrero Park and is one of the most visited places in the Argentinean capital. In this place you can enjoy a great variety of flowers and especially roses, which have been planted in a very careful and artistic way by the landscaper Benito Carrasco, disciple of the great Carlos Thays. The Rosedal is located in the Palermo neighbourhood, and is an oasis of tranquillity amidst the bustle of the great South American metropolis.

This space in Buenos Aires is centuries old: inaugurated in 1914, you will notice the impressive number of roses in the garden. There are more than 18,000 plants of different colours and species and it is especially popular during spring and summer, when the roses are in full bloom.

As well as enjoying the beauty of the vegetation, it is an artistic ensemble with arches, gazebos and fountains. This is the place to take a break; you can relax on one of the many benches and picnic tables in the garden, and don't miss the lake where you can rent boats and enjoy a different view of the Rose Garden!

The Rosedal is one of the most photographable places in the city; so much so that in 2014 it was awarded the Garden Excellence Award. If you visit Buenos Aires, the Rosedal is a place not to be missed.
